Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Juande Ramos has admitted he would be interested in making a managerial return to the Premier League.Ramos parted company with Spurs last month after a year in charge at White Hart Lane, having won 21 of his 54 games in charge.The Spaniard became a hero in February when he ended the club's nine-year wait for a trophy as they triumphed over Chelsea in the Carling Cup.
