Florida woman sues Giants' Burress for injuries in car smash

New York Giants embattled star Plaxico Burress has been slapped with a lawsuit in connection with a car smash in May.Burress, who failed to pay insurance premiums on his 140,000 dollar Mercedes-Benz, is the subject of a lawsuit filed by Alise Smith of Miami.The 27-year-old woman is seeking damages for injuries suffered when she was rear-ended on an access ramp to the Florida Turnpike freeway.
